The Lobbyists launches - 15/06/07 There’s a quiet revolution happening in Park Lane today. The Metropolitan are reinventing the classic hotel lobby with the launch of a new weekly event “The Lobbyists.” Each month a themed event – from fashion to film - will be the backdrop for live music and cocktails in the Lobby Lounge. Thursday and Friday from 6pm – 9pm.

Café de Paris transformed - 14/06/07 Historical Piccadilly circus venue Café de Paris has been transformed into a lavish 1940’s style film set for the Dylan Thomas film The Edge of Love, starring Sienna Miller and Kiera Knightley. The club was one of the author’s favourite nightspots.
